Once the Shipping Confirmation has been sent, the product will be delivered to the address indicated by the user when placing the order, within approximately one to two (1-2) business days in Spain and Portugal, and three to five (3-5) business days in France, Germany, Belgium and Austria from when they leave the warehouse.

Changes in Spain: Free for up to 30 days

The deadline for making changes is up to 30 days. The products must be in perfect condition. Changes are free and we assume the cost of shipping. Free changes are excluded from orders to the Canary Islands and international orders.

Free returns in Spain up to 30 days

The deadline for making returns is up to 30 days. The refund of the amount paid for the purchase of the returned product will be carried out as soon as possible. Free returns are excluded from orders to the Canary Islands and international orders.

OUTLET orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
