Shipping, exchanges and returns

Shipping: 

Once the Shipping Confirmation has been sent, the product will be delivered to the address indicated by the user when placing the order, within approximately one to two (1-2) working days in Spain and Portugal, and three to five (3-5) working days in France, Germany, Belgium and Austria from the time the products leave the warehouse.

Exchanges in Spain: Free up to 30 days

The deadline for exchanges is up to 30 days. The products must be in perfect condition. Exchanges are free and we assume the cost of shipping. Free exchanges are excluded for Canary Islands and international orders.

Free returns in Spain up to 30 days

The deadline for returns is up to 30 days. The refund of the amount paid for the purchase of the returned product will be carried out as soon as possible. Free returns are excluded for orders to the Canary Islands and international

OUTLET orders can not be returned or exchanged.
